• i.e. If you are securing financing for a job that we have quoted at $5,000, you can request a loan from $500 up to $5,000; no more.

Finally, you will need the quote that we have provided.

Once submitted, the process can take as little as 5 min if you have an account with TFCU. If you do not have an account; the average approval is about 40 minutes.

• Credit scores as low as 650 can secure 100% financing with no down payment on a $20,000 fence.

• Credit scores of 649 and below can secure 80% financing on loans up to $10,000.

  • This means you would have to put 20% down on the loan. ($3,000 = $600 down)

• Once you have been approved, you will be notified along with us.

  • You will then need to set a closing date that is prior to the construction date scheduled with Red River Fence, LLC.

    • Contact your loan specialist at TFCU to set your closing date.
